The Series R Process Air Heater is a direct gas fired air heater conforming to FM, NFPA and IRI standards. Type R air heaters are complete with pre-piped and wired gas train and control panel for total system operation. The supply air blower is generally supplied by the customer. Units are available with the blower included. The burner system is monitored by a Honeywell 7800 Series burner control system with UV scanner. The air heater firing rate is controlled with a Honeywell UDC 2300 digital indicating temperature controller and modulating gas control actuator. Series R Process Air Heaters are used in many drying, baking, curing and dehydration applications.
